These terms cover your use of Huddle Nerd (huddlenerd.com), which is operated by Vizim LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They're written to be read.
Huddle Nerd is not a sportsbook and doesn't accept bets, hold money, or pay out anything. Projections, odds, hit rates, grades, trade values and suggested slips can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing here is betting, financial or legal advice, and nothing guarantees a result. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with your sportsbook, at your own risk.
You must be 18 or older to use Huddle Nerd, and 21 or older to use the parlay features. Use them only where sports betting is legal for you.
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site.
Don't scrape the site, pull data from it in bulk with automated tools, overload it, try to break into it, or interfere with other people using it.
Links and slips you send to sportsbooks and fantasy apps are covered by those companies' own terms. Huddle Nerd is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NFL teams, FanDuel, DraftKings, Sleeper or ESPN. Their names and marks belong to them.
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Huddle Nerd isn't liable for any loss from using it, including betting or fantasy losses.
We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
