Huddle Nerd is operated by Vizim LLC. Short version: we keep what you save so the site works for you, and nothing else. No ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and we never sell or share your data.

If you sign in, we store

Your email address, to send sign-in codes.
Slips you save: the legs, any stake you enter, and your practice balance.
Your settings, like which sportsbooks you use.
Leagues you connect: your Sleeper username and league IDs. For a private ESPN league, the two ESPN cookies you paste (espn_s2 and SWID) so we can read that league for you. Remove them anytime in Account.

If you don't sign in

Your settings stay in your browser on your device. Slips you save are kept in our database under a random key stored on your device, with no name or email attached.

What our hosts see

Like any website, our hosting providers log basic request details (IP address, browser, the page asked for) for security and to keep the site running. If the site crashes in your browser, it sends us the error, the page and your browser type, not your account.

Who handles your data

Supabase stores the database and sends sign-in emails.
Vercel hosts the site.
Sleeper and ESPN are asked for league data only when you look at your league.
When you send a slip to a sportsbook, that app gets the legs you chose. Nothing else.

Your choices

Delete any slip, league or ESPN login yourself in the app. To delete your account and everything tied to it, use the contact page and pick "Delete my data", or email hello@huddlenerd.com. It's done within 30 days.

Kids

Huddle Nerd isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly keep their data.
